Insight Chicago Meditation Community invites meditation practitioners to a community-led day of mindfulness on Saturday, June 14th in Techny, IL. Practice will including alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation with recorded dhamma talks. Lunch will be provided. Please bring your own cushions or chairs.

The retreat center has a large parking lot right next to the building.

The cost to register is $25. Scholarships will be provided for those with financial need.
